  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, milk, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in cheese, onions, and bell peppers.
  6. Fill muffin tin with the mixture halfway.
  7. Add a spoonful of the beef mixture on top.
  8. Top with more cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
  10. Let cool before serving.
