  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir well.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and stir to combine.
  6. Mix in the cheddar cheese and sour cream until melted and creamy.
  7. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
