- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped cherries
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and poppy seeds.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped cherries and almonds.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This bread can be frozen for up to three months.
