  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds

  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and poppy seeds.
  3. In another bowl, combine the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped cherries and almonds.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
