Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a delicious twist on traditional lasagna. They combine tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and lasagna noodles for a satisfying meal.

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each noodle and roll them up.
- Arrange the rolled noodles in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
