A delicious twist on traditional lasagna featuring chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce rolled in pasta.

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- On each noodle, spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture, then roll it up.
- Place the rolled noodles seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Adjust the amount of cheese to your preference.
- You can add vegetables like spinach for extra nutrition.
