A delicious twist on traditional lasagna featuring chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce rolled in pasta.


Ingrédients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. On each noodle, spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture, then roll it up.
  6. Place the rolled noodles seam-side down in the baking dish.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
