Description

Delicious pasta shells filled with chicken and creamy alfredo sauce.


Ingrédients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture.
  5. Spread half of the alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place stuffed shells in the dish and pour remaining alfredo sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
  • Can substitute any cheese you prefer.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
