- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, celery, onion, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the shredded chicken and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and stuffing mix, and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and golden on top.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or carrots for more flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
