Chicken chow mein with a flavorful chow mein sauce.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and chicken broth.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables, stir well.
- Add cooked noodles and toss everything together.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sauce to taste.
- Use fresh vegetables for better texture.
- For extra flavor, add ginger.
