Ingrédients

  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt; mix well.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet until soft.
  5. Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and roll them up.
  6. Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  7. In a bowl, mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup; pour over the enchiladas.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
