Description

Chicken enchiladas with sour cream white sauce is a flavorful dish made with tender chicken wrapped in tortillas and topped with a creamy sauce.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, onions, green chilies, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Soften corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  6. In another bowl, mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
  7. Pour the sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
