Description
A delicious chicken mozzarella pasta dish that’s easy to prepare.
Ingrédients

- 200g pasta
- 200g chicken breast, diced
- 150g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and cover until melted.
- Garnish with basil and serve warm.
Notes
- You can use any pasta type of your choice.
- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
