Delicious chicken parmesan meatballs, baked to perfection.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from oven, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Serve with spaghetti or on a sub roll.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
