Delicious chicken parmesan meatballs, baked to perfection.


Ingrédients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

Notes

  • Serve with spaghetti or on a sub roll.
