Description

A spicy and flavorful pasta dish made with chicken and penne in arrabbiata sauce.


Ingrédients

  • 300g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  6. Stir in crushed tomatoes and red chili flakes. Season with salt.
  7. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Mix in the cooked penne pasta and stir well.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
