Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Biscuits (pre-made or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth.
- Gradually add chicken broth and milk. Stir until mixture thickens.
- Add chicken, carrots, peas, celery, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with biscuits evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
