Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken quarters dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken quarters.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket skin side up.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
