- 1 ripe avocado, sliced

- 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and slice it.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, grilled chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Drizzle olive oil and lime juice over the bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
