A simple and delicious chicken salad sandwich recipe.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, and mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Spread chicken salad on two slices of bread.
- Add lettuce leaves on top.
- Top with remaining bread slices.
- Cut sandwiches in half and serve.
