Ingrédients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (for sauce)
  • 1 tsp chili paste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, lime juice, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Marinate chicken strips in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers on medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, and chili paste until smooth.
  6. Serve chicken skewers with peanut sauce.

Notes

  • Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili paste.
