Description
Chicken satay served with a simple Thai peanut sauce.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp lime juice (for sauce)
- 1 tsp chili paste (optional)
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, lime juice, and garlic in a bowl.
- Marinate chicken strips in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers on medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, and chili paste until smooth.
- Serve chicken skewers with peanut sauce.
Notes
- Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili paste.
- Serve with fresh vegetables for added crunch.
