  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, spices, salt, pepper, yogurt, and lemon juice.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat well with the marinade.
  4. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Place the marinated chicken in a loaf pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Check that the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
