Description

Ingrédients

  • 8 large flour tortillas

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, cheese, peppers, onion, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay four tortillas on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the tortillas.
  5. Top with the remaining tortillas.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve.
