Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, cheese, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, and taco seasoning.
  3. On a large baking sheet, lay out half of the tortillas.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the tortillas.
  5. Top with the remaining tortillas.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
