Description
Easy chicken tacos made in a crockpot.
Ingrédients

- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add salsa and taco seasoning.
- Stir to coat the chicken.
- Add black beans and corn on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks in the crockpot.
- Serve in tortillas and top with cheese, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use corn tortillas for gluten-free option.
