Description

Easy chicken tacos made in a crockpot.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Add salsa and taco seasoning.
  3. Stir to coat the chicken.
  4. Add black beans and corn on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks in the crockpot.
  7. Serve in tortillas and top with cheese, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
