A simple and flavorful recipe for cooking chicken thighs in a crockpot.

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown chicken thighs on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each.
- Transfer chicken to the crockpot.
- Add garlic, onion, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.

- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
