Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Slice the grilled chicken.
  6. Mix mayonnaise with lime juice in a bowl.
  7. Slice bolillo rolls in half and toast them lightly.
  8. Spread the mayo mixture on each half of the rolls.
  9. Layer sliced chicken, avocado, tomato, and lettuce on the rolls.
  10. Close the sandwich and serve immediately.
