Ingrédients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- 2 bolillo rolls
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup lettuce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the grilled chicken.
- Mix mayonnaise with lime juice in a bowl.
- Slice bolillo rolls in half and toast them lightly.
- Spread the mayo mixture on each half of the rolls.
- Layer sliced chicken, avocado, tomato, and lettuce on the rolls.
- Close the sandwich and serve immediately.
