Ingrédients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the cooked noodles, remaining butter, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
- Serve noodles topped with sliced chicken and garnish with parsley.
