Description
Chili garlic butter chicken bites served with creamy Cajun corn Alfredo twists.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup pasta, your choice
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in chili garlic sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add corn and Cajun seasoning. Stir to combine.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Mix in cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less chili garlic sauce.
- Use fresh corn for a sweeter taste.
- Can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for variation.
