Description

Chili garlic butter chicken bites served with creamy Cajun corn Alfredo twists.


Ingrédients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup pasta, your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
  4. Stir in chili garlic sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. Add corn and Cajun seasoning. Stir to combine.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Mix in cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve hot.
