Ingrédients

  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 large whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chickpeas, cauliflower, olive oil, chili powder, lime juice, and salt.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
  5. Warm the wraps in a skillet for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Assemble the wraps with roasted chickpeas, cauliflower, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  7. Roll up the wraps and serve.
