- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well to form the chimichurri sauce.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in half of the chimichurri for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Serve with the remaining chimichurri sauce drizzled on top.
