Ingrédients

- 2 cups rice
- 1 cup chicken, diced
- 1 cup vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add vegetables and ginger, and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Mix in cooked rice and soy sauce.
- Add green onions and salt to taste.
- Serve hot.
