Ingrédients
- Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
- Water – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Coconut milk – 1 cup
- Red food coloring – a few drops
- Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
- Peanuts – 1/2 cup
- Fruit preserves – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water in a bowl.
- Add coconut milk and mix until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls.
- Add red food coloring to one bowl and mix.
- Pour the mixtures into a steamer lined with parchment paper.
- Steam for 30 minutes until set.
- Let cool and cut into pieces.
- Roll pieces in sesame seeds and chopped peanuts.
