Ingrédients

  • Jiaozi (Dumplings) – 500g
  • Nian Gao (Rice Cake) – 300g
  • Spring Rolls – 10 pieces
  • Sweet and Sour Pork – 400g
  • Kung Pao Chicken – 500g
  • Vegetable Stir Fry – 300g
  • Chinese Tea – 1 liter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dumpling filling and wrap the dumplings.
  2. Cook the dumplings by boiling or pan-frying.
  3. Soak the rice cake and stir-fry with vegetables.
  4. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
  5. Cook sweet and sour pork in a pan.
  6. Stir-fry the Kung Pao chicken with peanuts and spices.
  7. Prepare vegetable stir fry with seasonings.
  8. Serve all dishes with Chinese tea.
