Ingrédients
- Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
- Water – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Red bean paste – 1 cup
- Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
- Peanuts – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar in a bowl.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add red bean paste and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased steaming dish.
- Steam for 30 minutes until firm.
- Let cool and cut into pieces.
- Coat with sesame seeds and peanuts.

- Use pure glutinous rice flour for the best texture.
