A festive snack to celebrate Chinese New Year.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups rice flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix rice flour, water, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add sesame seeds and vegetable oil; stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking tray.
- Steam for 30 minutes until firm.
- Let cool, then cut into chips.
- Fry chips in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be served with a dip.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
