Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add water and coconut milk, stir until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a greased steaming dish.
  4. Spread red bean paste over the mixture.
  5. Cover with the remaining rice mixture.
  6. Steam for 30 minutes.
