  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Add water and oil, knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine pork, shrimp, onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  6. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
  7. Fold and pleat the edges to seal.
  8. Steam for 15 minutes until cooked through.
