Ingrédients

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup ground pork
- 1/2 cup chopped shrimp
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add water and oil, knead until smooth.
- Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine pork, shrimp, onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold and pleat the edges to seal.
- Steam for 15 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- Adjust filling to your preference.
- Serve with soy sauce or chili oil.
- Can be made vegetarian by using mushrooms instead of meat.
