A festive dinner to celebrate Chinese New Year with traditional dishes.
Ingrédients

- 1 whole chicken
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by cleaning and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Steam the chicken for 30 minutes until cooked through.
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Mix in soy sauce and green onions; stir well.
- Serve the chicken with rice and shrimp stir-fry.

- Use fresh vegetables for better flavor.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
