  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by cleaning and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Steam the chicken for 30 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  4. In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  6. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Mix in soy sauce and green onions; stir well.
  8. Serve the chicken with rice and shrimp stir-fry.
