Ingrédients
- Red dates – 10 pieces
- Goji berries – 1/2 cup
- Rock sugar – 1/2 cup
- Water – 8 cups
- Ginger – 1 piece
Instructions
- Rinse red dates and goji berries.
- Peel and slice ginger.
- In a pot, combine water, red dates, goji berries, ginger, and rock sugar.
- Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Add more water for a lighter drink.
- Can be served chilled as well.
