A collection of traditional drinks for Chinese New Year celebrations.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup of dried longan
- 1 cup of dried lotus seeds
- 1 cup of rock sugar
- 6 cups of water
- 2 pieces of pandan leaves
- 1/2 cup of goji berries
Instructions
- Rinse the dried longan and lotus seeds.
- In a pot, combine water, longan, lotus seeds, and pandan leaves.
- Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add rock sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add goji berries and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or chilled.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less rock sugar.
