  • 2 pieces of pandan leaves
  • 1/2 cup of goji berries

Instructions

  1. Rinse the dried longan and lotus seeds.
  2. In a pot, combine water, longan, lotus seeds, and pandan leaves.
  3. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Add rock sugar and stir until dissolved.
  5. Add goji berries and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Serve warm or chilled.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less rock sugar.
