- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine pork, green onions, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the dough into small balls and flatten into circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold and seal the dumplings tightly.
- Boil water in a pot and cook dumplings for 5-7 minutes until they float.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables or shrimp to the filling.
- For a crispy texture, pan-fry the dumplings after boiling.
- Store leftover dumplings in the freezer.
