Ingrédients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a dough.
  2. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine pork, green onions, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and flatten into circles.
  6. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
  7. Fold and seal the dumplings tightly.
  8. Boil water in a pot and cook dumplings for 5-7 minutes until they float.
  9. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • You can add other vegetables or shrimp to the filling.
  • For a crispy texture, pan-fry the dumplings after boiling.
  • Store leftover dumplings in the freezer.
