Description

A festive meal celebrating the Chinese New Year with traditional dishes.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 lb chicken, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Add carrots and bell peppers, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
  7. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust the soy sauce to taste.
  • You can add other vegetables as desired.
  • Serve with traditional Chinese tea.
