Ingrédients

  • Long noodles – 500g
  • Pork – 300g
  • Chicken – 300g
  • Shrimp – 200g
  • Vegetables (carrots, cabbage, bell peppers) – 200g
  • Soy sauce – 50ml
  • Garlic – 5 cloves
  • Ginger – 1 piece
  • Cooking oil – 50ml
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Boil the long noodles until al dente and drain.
  3. In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
  4. Add pork and chicken, cook until browned.
  5. Add shrimp and vegetables, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix in the cooked noodles and soy sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
