Description

A traditional Chinese dessert made from glutinous rice flour, often enjoyed during the Chinese New Year.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup red bean paste

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add water and coconut milk, stir until smooth.
  3. Pour half the mixture into a greased pan.
  4. Spread red bean paste over the mixture.
  5. Pour the remaining mixture on top.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. Steam for 30-40 minutes until set.
  8. Cool before slicing and serving.
