Description

Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup red bean paste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Divide dough into small pieces and flatten them.
- Place a spoonful of red bean paste in the center of each piece.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal it tightly.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best consumed within a week.
- You can substitute red bean paste with other fillings.
