- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- Red food coloring
- Yellow food coloring
- Black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, and water in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls; color one red and the other yellow.
- Grease a rooster-shaped mold.
- Pour the red mixture into the mold, filling it halfway.
- Add black sesame seeds for eyes.
- Pour the yellow mixture on top.
- Steam for 30 minutes until cooked through.
- Let cool before removing from the mold.
- Slice and serve during celebrations.

- Use fresh coconut milk for better flavor.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
