Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar in a bowl.
- Stir until smooth.
- Divide mixture into small portions.
- Fill each portion with red bean paste.
- Shape into balls and roll in sesame seeds or crushed peanuts.
- Steam for 20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
