Description

Ingrédients

  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chopped nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and icing sugar.
  3. Add egg yolks and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine semolina, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; mix until combined.
  6. Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Top each cookie with chopped nuts if desired.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
