Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
- Coat the shrimp evenly with the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the coated shrimp to the pan and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in green onions and chili flakes.
- Serve hot.
