Ingrédients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crumble the tofu into small pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Add crumbled tofu and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, and salt.
  6. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
