Delicious chocolate cherry coconut truffles made with rich chocolate and shredded coconut.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- In a bowl, combine chopped cherries, shredded coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and stir until combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in additional shredded coconut for coating.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- They can be enjoyed for up to a week.
