Description
Delicious chocolate covered cheesecake strawberries for a sweet treat.
Ingrédients

- 16 large strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Make a small hole in the top of each strawberry and fill it with the cheesecake mixture.
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave.
- Dip each filled strawberry in the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
- Place dipped strawberries on parchment paper to set.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up the chocolate.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best taste.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
